More Friday reading: Anchorage, Wisconsin, North Dakota, SCSU

It is Friday and I usually miss a few articles (coffee has not kicked in) that don’t make the initial morning blog post.

Here are a few more for your lunch hour:

This Alaska-Anchorage freshman came from a rare UAA recruiting ground: Saskatchewan. His coaches are glad he chose to be a Seawolf. He takes on No. 2 Minnesota this weekend at home.

It may be a bye week for Wisconsin, but Badgers coach Mike Eaves must manage the media and his players’ emotions after the sudden departure of an assistant coach.

No. 6 North Dakota wants to buck a 10-year trend and win Friday at No. 15 St. Cloud State.

The Huskies’ Tim Daly is featured by his hometown newspaper.
