CC now at No. 8 in both national polls

Minnesota-Duluth remains  a unanimous No. 1 in both polls while Colorado College, after a loss and tie at home to ECAC leader Cornell, dropped from No. 6 to No. 8 in the USCHO poll and stayed at No. 8 in the USA Hockey rankings. Cornell is ranked ninth in both.

More importantly, Saturday’s tie moved Colorado College up to a tie for ninth (No. 11 after tiebreakers) from a tie for 12th (actually 13th) in the latest Pairwise rankings.
