Wednesday reading: Rylan Schwartz is Hobey hopeful, CHI, BU

Well-regarded Hockey Buzz blogger Julie Robenmeyer listed Tigers assistant captain and senior Rylan Schwartz, pictured, as one of her pre-season Hobey Baker Award hopefuls, which include a number of WCHA standouts. Please click on the link to read more on them.

Here is her write-up on Rylan:

“Rylan Schwartz – Senior, F, Colorado College, UFA: Just one point behind his brother, linemate and now St Louis Blue, Jaden, Rylan will have to prove that he’s just as effective on his own. H(is) teammates don’t question it, but the Tigers have a serious issue when it comes to offensive production and Rylan will be relied upon to carry a lot of that burden.”
